A. In an emergency situation, COMPHAX
guarantees its response time to our customers.
B. In a non emergency
situation, COMPHAX guarantees its response time or the
customer's warranty or maintenance period is extended by an additional
month.
C. COMPHAX guarantees
to complete any request for parts or labor within fifteen business
days or the customer receives a 10% discount.
II. Guarantee of Maintenance
Agreement Continuity
A. COMPHAX guarantees
that a customer's maintenance contract will never be cancelled by COMPHAX
for any reason other than nonpayment.
